Working closely with the President, you will be prospecting to book meetings with decision makers at enterprise organizations across San Diego county.
We need someone who is:
You are intensely goal oriented and fearless to learn B2B Sales
You are comfortable making cold calls and speaking with senior executives (or be willing to be trained)
You have experience being empathetic and consultative
You have an understanding of video production and content creation
You are adept at social media – LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
You can come up with creative ways of creating opportunities, finding new customers, and starting conversations about video production
What is your day to day like?
Your day will consist of making targeted outreach and connecting through social media channels to companies within our target market in order to book meetings with the President
Researching target customers via websites, Google alerts, LinkedIn, etc.
Working in alignment with the President to create strategies and lists for prospecting
Finding creative ways of reaching busy executives

We’re also looking for:
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Bachelors degree
The ability to influence others and build rapport quickly—especially over the phone
Mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player
Excited to be part of a high growth start-up and passionate about video production
The capability to grow and take on more responsibility—we’re looking for people who want to build a valuable skill set that can outlast an economic downturn (B2B Sales)
